Due South 20th Anniversary Kick-Off!

ds_noticeboard's 20th Anniversary party! Come and cut yourself some virtual cake, pour yourself something to drink, pull up a chair, and play!
Here are some things you can do:
1. Post new Due South and/or C6D fanworks! Here is our shiny brand new AO3 collection! You can add any new DS or C6D work posted for the anniversary to it, and it will stay open indefinitely, so you can add things later if you want. Fanworks of ANY type/media are welcome as long as they're DS or C6D (fic! vids! needlework! sculpture! anything!). If you need prompts, fan_flashworks, ds/c6dsnippets, and the DS/C6D Prompt Meme have you covered.
2. Remember to announce/link to your awesome new works here in the comm!
3. Post something. You can post *Anniversary Party* posts directly at the noticeboard or just link to them as usual. Please put long posts & any images behind an lj-cut. Things that are fun and participatory would be extra cool. Be creative!

+ Meta on the shows
+ Meta on fandom/how fannish approaches to Due South have changed
+ Games
+ DS ~ C6D retrospectives
+ Best (and worst) Due South moments
+ Best (and worst) C6D moments

+ etc. (You're welcome to run stuff by me if you have an idea you aren't sure about --> sageness at gmail)
4. Watch for new posts from now through the weekend & PLAY in the comments! Meet people! Make new friends! See #5.
5. Be courteous! Which is to say, your Big Shiny Object may not be the next person's BSO, but your BSO is okay! And so is theirs! Relatedly, if someone's into something you're not, srsly, just scroll on by. There's no call for harshing someone's squee. Also, bashing will not be tolerated. If you see bashing, come find me.

7. Set up/come to a viewing party!
